45 minutes of social stretching tailored to you to meet you where you’re at to create space in the body, mind and soul… creating a space for you to feel lighter and brighter, taller, more confident, well stretch, stretching the body gently with a focus on breath and presence.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your session please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment, failure to contact us will result in 100% of the service fee to be paid upon scheduled appointment date and time.
