In this 60 min session with Kristin, both you and her will commit to the journey of balancing, rediscovering, and restoring your energy to reclaim your life! On this path Kristin will offer nutritional support, mindful living methods and techniques, and energy‑balancing practices to gently guide you towards a holistic health & life transformation. With masterful use of her training in Holistic Health, Naturopathy, Life Coaching, Health Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, Yoga Instructor Training 300+, Ayurveda, Reiki II Practitioner, RLT and more. She will make it her mission to support you with health coaching, health resources, and compassionate guidance.
