30 mins holistic health session to restore health
Service Description
In this first consult you will sit under the tree with Kristin, meet online, or chat on the phone... (whichever is most convenient for YOU) for 30 minutes, to determine WHERE YOU ARE AT, and where you WANT to be at on your health journey. This session includes a follow up email within 24 hours that will includes notes, and resources form the initial 30 minute session. PLUS a mid week check in email for questions and accountability. Kristin is a Certified Holistic Health Coach dedicated to helping those who feel unwell, unhappy or unbalanced rediscover their health, restore their energy, and reclaim their lives. Her approach blends natural health, nutritional support, mindful living, and energy‑balancing practices to gently guide you towards a holistic health & life transformation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your session please notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment, failure to contact us will result in 100% of the service fee to be paid upon scheduled appointment date and time.
