Green Tea - Loose

This green tea is a high quality Sencha Green Tea leaf, that is packed with antioxidants, that work to protect our cells and molecules from free radicals that cause damage and disease.  It is know to help lower cholesterol, and improve brain function, as well as lowering blood sugar, reducing body weight, prevent hair loss, fights against aging, contributes to bone density lowiering the risk of osteoporosis, reduce the chance of cancer, and promotes longevity.  Green tea does contain caffeine, however a second pour/steep is caffeine free!!! So you can still enjoy this mild belnd of tea even if you are restricted to consuming caffeine. Each teaspoon can be steeped 3 times.
