Winter Solstice Event
Our One Heart Winter Solstice Event will take place December 21stfrom 1pm to 6pm, in the yoga room at Lungovita Beach Resort.
At this event, we will be celebrating and honoring the energies of the Winter Solstice, when the Sun is reborn and the days begin to grow longer. Winter is the perfect time to nurture ourselves, and to go inward and listen to the calling of our hearts to guide us as to what seeds we should plant when we move into the next season of growth.
