ONE HEART Summer Solstice Event
The Summer Solstice is thought to be one of the most powerful times of the year for spiritual growth and healing. With the sun's light shining for the majority of the day, we are better able to connect with it's transformative power, and profound insights into our soul's journey. The energy of the sun at the time of the solstice is known to amplify spiritual practices, so we expect this to be an extremely powerful event. Additionally, there is a rich history of traditions celebrating the solstice (Midsummer), which we've tried to combine with our One Heart Event. But in doing so, we realized that we needed to extend the event to cross over two days.
We will begin the morning with (yoga) sun salutations, in keeping with the Midsummer tradition of honoring the sun on the longest day of the year, followed by another…
