Service Description

In this workshop you will learn the benefits of meditation to gain clarity to become a channel when connecting to or with spirit. You will learn techniques for meditation that suit you and why it is important to create a practice of your own. In this workshop you will learn how to harvest herbs directly from your garden to create your own smudge. You will gain an understanding of what herb can be used for smudging for intentional purposes, learn how to honor the herbs and their offerings, as well as participate in "making" or "creating your own" smudge.  Your takeaway will be your own intentionally created smudge stick, and literature guidance to create your own at home. 

Cancellation Policy

If the need arises to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required so that time slot can be utilized by another client on our waiting list. This appointment can be rescheduled for a later date. If less than 24 hours, 50% of the fee will be charged, and 100% for no show.
