6 Sessions in succession for expanded growth of your understanding your own spiritual growth, & an introduction to energy work; these sessions follow "ROOTED - Nurture & Growth" 1.Meditation - Silent & Guided to meet "guide". 2.Mindfulness in a busy life, & staying "on track". 3.Journaling - Shadow work, Releasing & Inner child. 4.Chakra & Aura - staying balanced & grounded. 5.Empath Abilities -understanding energy work. 6.Intuition & Doubt (Ego) Conscious Mind work. All classes will be sent through PDF worksheets with prompts and guidance. Registration along with non-refundable payment is required and is considered a commitment to completing all 6 classes at your own pace. Value $690.00 + HST for $575.00 + HST totaling = 649.75

Cancellation Policy

If the need arises to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required so that time slot can be utilized by another client on our waiting list. This appointment can be rescheduled for a later date. If less than 24 hours, 50% of the fee will be charged, and 100% for no show.
